2010 Employee of the Year Chosen by NJSA

2010 EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR CHOSEN BY THE NEW JERSEY STAFFING ALLIANCE

EDISON, NJ - January 3, 2011 - Dawn Stone, mother of nine and a Joulé Staffing Solutions employee, was presented with a prestigious Staffing Employee of the Year by the New Jersey Staffing Alliance at their annual conference. For the third consecutive year, Joulé Staffing Solutions has been honored to have one of their temporary staff receive this award.

Stone has been a Joulé employee of the Hamilton, NJ branch office for three years and until recently was a secretary for the State of New Jersey's Department of Banking. An exemplary work ethic distinguishes Stone, as she continued to meet her work obligations in the face of a devastating fire that left her homless, along with six of her nine children. Stone demonstrates the high standards typical of the people that Joulé and the staffing industry put to work each day.

Palma Matos, Stone's supervisor commented, "I cannot think of a more deserving, hard working employee for this award than Dawn Stone. She is determined to show everyone that one can succeed no matter what comes your way." Although her assignment with the NJ Department of Banking is concluded, it is clear that Stone will be ready for the next challenge that comes her way.

The staffing industry led overall job grown in the U.S. economy durying November, adding nearly 40,000 new jobs. Seasonally adjusted staffing employment rose 1.8% from October and was 19.2% higher than November of last year, according to data released by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. BLS noted its data show that the staffing industry has added 494,000 new jobs over the past 14 months.
